NOURISHMENT

So many of you have asked me for the recipes I share, and while I’ve never been one to follow recipes strictly, I’ve finally decided to start writing them down so I can share them here with you.

I see food as medicine; not just for the body, but for the mind and soul too. The way we source, prepare, and eat our food is a practice of self-care and connection. These recipes are simple, seasonal, and rooted in the Ayurvedic lens, where balance is everything and where food becomes a tool for healing and energy.

What you’ll find here isn’t about rules or perfection. It’s about inspiration, nourishment, and learning to trust your body again; listening to what it needs and enjoying the process of feeding yourself well.

Think of these recipes as gentle suggestions to guide you back to feeling a healthier, calmer and happier you.

May they bring you the same grounding, energy, and joy they’ve brought me.

You’ll notice I often mention the Ayurvedic perspective on ingredients and doshas.

Ayurveda (from the Sanskrit Ayus = life, Veda = knowledge) is an ancient system of medicine from India, often called “the science of life.” It teaches that health comes from balance; physical, emotional, and spiritual.

The three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) describe our mind-body constitutions and how we each experience the world.

To discover your unique mind-body type (dosha) and learn which foods best support your balance, you can take a free quiz by clicking the link below.
